The Frick Center played host to “Three in Counting”, a jam-based electric rock band, on Nov. 12.

Students gathered and rocked out in the Founder’s Lounge as the band played their set. Passers-by stopped and listened as the sound carried across the room and students questioned each other as to where the band had come from.

Members of the band are Michael Hayes (guitar/voice), Evan Behmer (drums), Rob Kletzy (bass), and Eric Csukor (keys). The band grew up together in Glen Ellyn, a suburb in Chicago and had previously studied at different colleges and played in different bands, but now have collaborated to form “Three in Counting”.

They recorded their first CD entitled Romance in 2006.

The mini-concert was held at 11:30 AM and was enjoyed by many EC students and staff.
